Aimed at food industry professionals, especially quality managers, this event highlighted innovative solutions to simplify and make microbiological monitoring more reliable in production.

Solutions presented

TBF 300 by Christeyns: a device that detects biofilms on surfaces and closed circuits. It stains the biofilms to quickly identify critical areas and adapt the sanitation plan and cleaning controls.
