It all started with a simple observation: there was no pathogen detection solution outside the lab to ensure food safety directly on the factory floor. Manufacturers remained dependent on lab turnaround times and conventional techniques.
A real risk for short shelf-life fresh products, with concrete consequences: distribution of contaminated products, product recalls, and consumer health and safety put at risk.
But also additional storage costs, heavier logistics, and risk control that slipped out of internal teams’ hands.
It’s from this observation that the LoopDeetect method was born: giving manufacturers back control of their food safety, directly in the field, without depending on external lab turnaround times.
